Understanding Strata Form B: What You Need to Know

Strata Form B is an Information Certificate typically issued by the strata management company or strata council. It plays a crucial role in the buying or selling of a strata property in British Columbia, as it provides an official summary of key financial and operational details about the strata corporation.

A Form B is required by the Lender/Financial Institution, it also required to confirm everything is okay by your realtor when removing subjects.

It’s important to note that it is only valid for 30 days. If your subject removal or closing date is more than a month away, you may need to request an updated Form B to proceed with the transaction.
